Enforcement & Bankruptcy Law Department of Batu Law & Consultancy provides advocacy and consultancy services regarding detection of the debtor's rights and receivables against movable, real estate and third parties in the enforcement proceedings initiated for the purpose of collection of the receivable, after the determination, these goods are seized and converted into money and the debt is collected, in the proceedings regarding the evacuation, the execution of the procedures related to the evacuation of the immovable subject to the evacuation, the creditor , provides advocacy and consultancy services within the scope of the proceedings to be held before the execution courts and general courts for the resolution of disputes between the debtor or third parties (objection cancellation/revocation case, negative determination case, restitution lawsuit, remuneration lawsuit, complaint lawsuit, etc.).

The areas of service of our Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law Department of Batu Law & Consultancy are as follows:

• Execution and bankruptcy proceedings initiated for the collection of receivables,

• If the debtor does not object to the payment order sent through execution, transactions including movable, real estate, bank accounts, and actual attachment are executed through execution,

• Execution of the proceedings to be carried out upon the objection of the debtor or the third party,

• Providing and concluding restructuring negotiations between the creditor and the debtor by means of conciliation,
